Getting Started
The initial session is 90 minutes in length but carries the normal session fee of $150. In this session it’s important to hear your struggles, goals, and expectations of therapy. All other sessions are 50 min in length.
You will be emailed forms to complete prior to your first session. Please bring the completed forms with you to your first visit and we will review them together.
Who I Work With:
Women only, ages 25 and older
Common issues that I explore with clients:
Life adjustments, betrayal, boundaries, parenting challenges, codependency, anxiety, breaking free from destructive relationships, low self esteem/worth, sexual trauma and abuse
Location:
My office is in the Berry Hill area of Nashville.
Payment:
$150 per session. Exact cash, credit, or check. Insurance not accepted.
